RBSCP Arrangements
The Rochdale Borough Safeguarding Children Partnership (RBSCP) replaced the Rochdale Borough Safeguarding Children Board on 11th July 2019 when new partnership arrangements are implemented.
The Children and Social Work Act 2017 and Working Together 2023 set out the requirement for the establishment of new multi-agency safeguarding arrangements covering each local authority area.
