Children's Services Portal

Rochdale Borough Council has introduced a new online portal to access support from Children's Services. The portal is being launched in November 2024. Safeguarding professionals who want to access early help support, or make a safeguarding referral for children and young people must do so via the Children's Services Portal.

Professionals must use the link below to access Multi-agency referral forms for both Early Help - Neighborhoods and the Early Help and Safeguarding Hub (EHASH). The RBSCP has developed a guidance video for multi-agencies professionals who are new to the Children's Services Portal. The RBSCP advises all professionals watch the short video before accessing the Portal for the first time.

Members of the public, or any person who does not have access to the online portal should follow guidance found on the RBC website.

Please ensure you delete any downloaded copies of the previous Multi-agency referral forms (MARF) as these will no longer be accepted by EHASH.
