Quality Assurance and Performance

We want to make sure that services for children adults and families are the highest quality they can be.  To do this we have developed our Quality Assurance Frameworks for the RBSCP and RBSAB. 

Our Quality Assurance Frameworks set out the steps we will take to be assured around the quality of services locally.  We will look at a range of performance information, engage with frontline practitioners and senior leaders, and explore case files.  However we undertake quality assurance activities, we will make sure that children’s and adults’ voices are at the centre of everything that we do.
