Mental Capacity Act training

This course will enable participants to improve their awareness of the Mental Capacity Act inclusive of the Human Rights Act, consent, young people and MCA and practice examples. This seminar is appropriate for all professionals working with adults who lack or may lack capacity in the health and social care sectors and who may therefore be at risk of abuse or neglect.

By the end of the course you will have an understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and how to apply the principles in practice.
