Basic Substance Abuse Awareness
This training provides basic substance awareness to volunteers/professionals working with young people and families in Rochdale. It will raise awareness of Early Break and the support we offer locally which will improve confidence to referring in to our service.
The session will help professionals spot the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use, to be able to offer basic harm reduction advice, and consider the influence of social media in regards to substance use and trends.
